Job Description
Technical Lead is responsible for working with the Business
Analyst and the Project Manager (PM) to understand the
customer requirements, come up with the application
architecture, help prepare design documents (especially
the server-side design and integration architecture).
Tech Lead is also responsible for the development of
new modules and customization of existing modules, extension
of database schema, configuration of platform software
such as WebLogic and iPlanet and work with UI engineers
to complete and deployable applications for customers.
The person must be able to lead a team of engineers
to the successful implementation of our products

Senior Software Engineer (Server-side Java) is responsible
for working on complex applications, under the guidance

Job Description
The Lead User Interface Engineer is responsible for
the overall success of the User Interface component
of our software implementations for our customers. The
Lead UI Engineer would typically work with Project Manager,
Technical Lead Engineer and other engineers, Business
Analyst, and QA Engineers on projects whose duration
may last from 4 months to more than a year. The lead
UI engineer is responsible for interfacing effectively
with the rest of the project team as well as the customer
to intimately understanding customer requirements and
how they can be met with our software and implementing
these requirements with high quality. The engineer is
also a mentor to other UI engineers within the company.
The successful candidate has team leadership experience,
is self-motivated, able to work independently with
littler or no supervision, and is committed to the
highest standards of quality for the entire development
effort. The candidate should have experience in the
full lifecycle of large (preferably enterprise) application
development, from requirements analysis and design
through QA and post-production support. Strong experience
developing web-based user interfaces with application
server development technologies (JSP, servlets, Cold
Fusion, etc) is essential.
